SHD யின் முருங்கை கீரை பொடியை, சுடு சாதத்தில் சேர்த்து, நெய் ஊற்றி பிசைந்து சாப்பிட மிக சுவையாக இருக்கும். இந்த முருங்கை கீரை பொடியை, நல்லெண்ணெய் அல்லது நெய்யில் கலக்கி, இட்லி, தோசை, ஊத்தப்பம் உடன் தொட்டு சாப்பிடலாம். கலவை சாதமாக குழந்தைகளுக்கு டிபன் பாக்ஸ் ரெசிபியாக உபயோக்கியலாம். சூப் செய்முறை: ஒரு கப் தண்ணீரில் 1 தக்காளி, 5 சின்ன வெங்காயம் மற்றும் 5 பல் பூண்டு நசுக்கி சேர்த்து, அனைத்தும் ஓரளவு வெந்ததும்
1 டேபிள்ஸ்பூன் SHD முருங்கை கீரை பொடி சேர்த்து ஒரு கொதி வந்ததும் இறக்கி சிறிது மிளகு தூள் சேர்த்து சூடாக பரிமாறவும். உப்பு சேர்க்க தேவையில்லை.
Recipe:
SHD's Moringa Leaf podi is delicious when mixed with hot rice and mashed with ghee. Moringa Leaf podi can be mixed with ghee or gingely oil and consumed as Chutney Podi with Idli, Dosa, Uthappam. Moringa Leaf podi also can be made as soup. Soup Recipe: In a cup of Boiling water, add 5 no's mashed Shallots, Garlic and a chopped Tomato. Once Cooked add a table spoon of SHD Moringa Leaf Podi, bring a boil and serve hot with little pepper. No need to add salt.
